Martina's Autograph Card Requests 

 

To receive Martina's signed Autograph Card, please follow the steps below:

 1. Buy an envelope  (Not smaller  than 8.5x 5.5 inches)
 2. Apply appropriate postage
    (within the continental US a 42c stamp should be fine for 1 Autograph card) 
 3. Write your home  mailing address in the right bottom corner
 4. Enclose this pre-stamped and pre-addressed envelope  in another envelope and mail it to:
